How do online payments work?
You can enable a checkout fee that covers credit card processing—so you keep 100% of your lesson rate. Free plan: a 10% platform fee is deducted from online payments. Pro & Academy: no platform fee. Offline payments (cash, e-transfer) have no fees.
How am I able to take home what I advertise using online payments?
When you enable checkout fees, your student pays a small convenience fee (3.5% + $0.30) to book and pay online. This is applied to your lesson rate, while credit card processing is charged on the full amount including tax — so the math works out and you keep 100% of what you advertise. In most cases, you'll actually take home a bit more.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Do students pay to use SwingMatch?
No! Students use SwingMatch for free to book lessons, view notes, and communicate with you.
What's the Academy plan?
For facilities with multiple instructors. Includes 6 Pro accounts, admin dashboard, shared student database, and consolidated reporting. Contact us for details.
What is Branding?
